Job Title Credit Trading Technology Strategist and Optimization Specialist

Overview
Working within Global Financing & Credit Trading, you will work directly with the market making trading businesses (Credit Flow Trading and Securitized Trading) to drive the evolution of the business trading technology. You will work closely with both the Global Technology and Strategic Analytics teams to define and oversee the agenda for reengineering the technology landscape to both optimism and expand and the available functionality, for the whole Credit Trading Franchise, with an expanded e-trading presence and improved trading risk management tools. Projects will cover all aspect of the cash and derivative domain across high quality investment grade to distressed names and securitized products.

• Working with trading desk to optimize their ability to trade efficiently
• Conducting analysis on both the Sales and Trading workflow to define opportunities to enhance process; improving the ability for trading to both price and risk manage trade
• Monitoring change in the market to ensure these are accounted for with technology planning
• Partner with Technology and Strategic Analytics teams to ensure the derived results are delivered; work closely with Deutsche Bank traders to the ability for sensible risk positioning in trading books
• Build relationships with team both internally and externally
• Leverage the Credit Sales feedback in workflows How You'll Lead
• Managing Expectations of Trading, Desk Heads and Regional Heads
• Training trading teams and their support teams around best practices
• Overseeing strategic development from both the Technology and Strategic Analytics Teams Skills You'll Need
• Experience working with Credit Trading Products
• Understand of Credit Trading markets
• Knowledge of Risk and Profit & Loss fundamentals
• Strong Data Analytics Skills Skills That Will Help You Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated
• Self-starter Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190K to $300K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
